We always recommend that patients check directly with their provider to confirm their in-network status, their expected co-pays, and if they have any deductible limits that must be reached before reduced payment benefits come into effect.
If we aren't in network with your specific insurance provider and you are responsible for paying our service fees directly, we would be happy to provide you with a Superbill upon request. You may submit this Superbill to your insurer toward your out-of-network benefits.

Follow-up sessions: $175
For those without insurance or who have plans we are not contracted with, you can find the fees associated with our services below. While you must pay your session fees in full at the time of service, you may request a Superbill to submit to your insurer if you have a plan that provides reimbursement for out-of-network provider visits.
